Storage garages are located in the VMTP on Raceplex Road. The complex features 59 private garages and two private restrooms available to renters and their guests.
The Rental Rate is $350 per month with a one-year agreement.

Short Term Rentals are available. A lease agreement will be required for the term requested.

- Winter Seasonal Rental from December to February $2100
Discounts are offered for rentals of 6 or more.
