In the North Paddock
VIR’s 18 Pit Lane Suites put you in the center of the action, overlooking the excitement of pit lane near the start/finish line. Each room includes two queen beds, flat-screen TV, a mini-refrigerator and a shared balcony overlooking the track.

a Traditional Hotel Feel
After a fun day at VIR, relax at The Lodge, our traditional hotel option. Featuring 27 beautifully decorated rooms, The Lodge is one of the only onsite hotels in the racing industry. Most rooms include double beds, hardwood floors, a flat-screen television, and mini-refrigerator.

The fees below, are housekeeping fees for those that bring pets or smoke in any of our lodging.
VIR does not permit pets or smoking in any of its buildings, including all lodging rooms, Villas and garages. For first time offenders, fees will be charged for any violation of our pet and smoking policy. Applicable fees are as follows.
The Villas at South Bend $600
The Lodge/Paddock Suites $400
For second offenders, guests lose the opportunity to utilize any of our facilities. Damage to the Villas, Lodging Rooms or Garages is the responsibility of the guests. Costs of repairs are determined by the VIR Building Maintenance Manager and will be billed to the guest..
Cancellation Policy
VIR has a 72 hour cancellation policy for all lodging reservations. This applies to The Lodge, Pit Lane Suites, Pit Lane Garages, Premium RV Camping and The Villas at South Bend.
If cancelled up to 72 hours before arrival no fee will be charged.
If cancelled less than 72 hours before arrival, or in case of a no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.
If you are a no-show, 100% of booking will be charged.
Room blocks must be confirmed and rooming lists provided to lodge@virnow.com at least 10 days prior to arrival.
