The 2025 season at VIR is officially here! Here's what you have to look forward to:

April 4-6 NCR-SCCA Super Tour: SCCA Road Racing is divided into different levels and series to offer all fans something to get excited about. This event is a part of the U.S. Majors Tour with a Nationwide Points Championship and serves as a path to the SCCA National Championship Runoffs.

May 16-18 HyperFest: HyperFest offers an immersive experience as a premier automotive lifestyle event. This event includes activities on asphalt, dirt, mud, grass, and more! Camp with your friends & family, ride with world-class professional drifters, or enjoy music from various artists! Activities on and off the track are sure to entertain and captivate.

July 17-20 SRO GT World Challenge Powered by AWS: As a global leader in GT racing, SRO GT World Challenge America will take on VIR’s full course with 100+ cars over six series featuring all of your favorite manufacturers. Fans can enjoy an open paddock, autograph sessions, grid walk, and more.

August 1-3 MotoAmerica Superbikes at VIRginia: Making their anticipated return to the rolling hills of VIR, MotoAmerica rises to the fastest challenges on two wheels with hopes of sending its riders to the top-level international championships: MotoGP and World Superbike. For more information on what classes will run at VIR, visit: https://www.motoamerica.com/

August 22-24 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship Another year at VIR means the Michelin GT Challenge and Virginia is for Racing Lovers Grand Prix draws thousands of spectators over this three-day exhibition. It’s the best and biggest weekend to bring the whole family to enjoy your favorite camping spots, take a few laps on the Kart Track, and most importantly feel the pulse-pounding power of nearly 600 HP in your chest. Manufacturers like Corvette, Ford, Lexus, Aston Martin, Porsche, and more come out to push their limits all weekend long!

September 5-7 HSR VIR Historics: Travel back in time for fast-paced, wheel-to-wheel racing from Historic Sportscar Racing.  HSR features several separate series, ranging from the heart-pumping GTP/Group C Series featuring GTP prototypes to the Hawk Performance Endurance Series presented by B.R.M. An IMSA property, Historic Sportscar Racing (HSR) was formed in the mid-1970s with an event at Road Atlanta. There was one goal then and it remains true today: to celebrate the racing cars from the past. As a “time machine” of sights and sounds, HSR provides a venue for competitors and spectators alike to share in the wonderful history and excitement created by the cars competing at race tracks worldwide.

September 18-21 VIR SpeedTour:  Enjoy a weekend of blending the past and present while we celebrate VIR’s impressive history with the VIR SpeedTour (formerly known as Gold Cup). The SVRA SpeedTour and Trans Am weekend is a thrilling celebration of motorsports, blending the nostalgia of vintage racing with the high-octane excitement of modern Trans Am competition. This event showcases an eclectic mix of classic cars from decades past and powerful, contemporary Trans Am machines battling for supremacy. Beyond the races, the weekend includes car shows, fan zones, paddock access, and opportunities to meet drivers and teams, creating a vibrant atmosphere that appeals to racing enthusiasts of all ages. It’s a unique motorsport experience that celebrates the heritage and future of racing.

November 6-9 CrowdStrike Veterans Race of Remembrance Powered by AWS:  This event will take place over the Veteran’s Day weekend and will be the first of its kind in motorsport in North America. In the spirit of the original Race of Remembrance founded by Mission Motorsport in the UK in 2013, the racing revolves around Veterans Day, a celebration of veterans, and a track-side Remembrance Day service.

November 21 Charity Laps for Victory Junction:  Participants take their cars out on the legendary Full course configuration for paced laps, experiencing the thrill of driving on a professional racing circuit. From classic muscle cars to modern sports cars, the variety of vehicles on display is a testament to the diverse community that Victory Junction and VIR bring together. It’s the best and easiest chance to get your car on track! Each lap you take contributes to a greater cause, as all proceeds directly support Victory Junction’s mission!
