Full Grounds
The Full Grounds gives your event access to all of Off Track Productions at VIR. The space is perfect for large food or lifestyle festivals. Space can be customized to the event’s needs.

The Arena
The Arena is located next to VIR’s historic Oak Tree Tavern. This area is made up of 3 total zones and can be customized to fit your event.
No indoor facility access; outdoor only. Pool access not included.
- Total Square Footage
~ 675,000 Sq Ft
The Full Arena boasts 675,000 square feet of event space ready for parking, stage setup, vendors, and more. This space can be used whole or broken out into segments, including the Pub Field and one of our natural amphitheaters.
The Pub Field is a designated zone beside our Oak Tree Tavern and Connie’s Pub. The space can be utilized for anything from small concert series to vendor setup for festivals.
As one of two naturally occurring amphitheaters in Off-Track Productions, the Arena Amphitheater serves as the perfect backdrop to music events or concert series. Need more space to park cars for your event? We can make it happen here, too.
Zone 4
Zone 4 is tucked behind our VIR Kart Track with its own access point, allowing people to completely bypass any race track activity. This area is also made up of multiple zones for use.
No indoor facility access; outdoor only. Kart Track access not included.

~ 824,000 Sq Ft
Zone 4 contains our second naturally occurring amphitheater within Off Track Productions at VIR and plenty of wide open space for festivals or overflow parking.
The Back 4 is a zone specifically envisioned for parking or overflow space for events and festivals. Customization is available upon request.
Zone 4 Amphitheater serves as our second naturally occurring amphitheater for Off Track Productions at VIR. You’ll enter the space on a designated road right behind our VIR Kart Track to find this concert-suited space.
