Prepare to drive through an action-packed challenge course straight out of a movie at VIR’s Autocross circuit! Participants will put their teamwork skills to the test as pairs either take the driver’s seat or exercise their communication skills as a passenger. The driver is blinded with blackout goggles, and their passenger plays a crucial role as navigator. This challenging team-building mission was derived from a real military personnel and asset recovery mission during the Battle of Mogadishu, as seen in the movie Black Hawk Down! ​

This unique package includes cone drills, close proximity driving, door handle to door handle or bumper to bumper, a timed competition, and more high-energy activities designed to strengthen team dynamics and experience a thrilling driving activity like no other.​

Step outside of your team’s comfort zone and experience our Land Navigation team activity! Designed to push participants outside of their comfort zones by placing those typically in leadership roles into subordinate roles with the purpose of strengthening teamwork and communication up and down the leadership ladder. This activity starts with a fundamental overview of instruction by highly experienced US military members, then teams will depart to locate a series of checkpoints to get to their destination. Along the way, team members may be encountered by simulated events that will require them to designate new leadership. Take away stronger team cohesion, enhanced problem-solving skills, and individual leadership development from VIR’s Land Navigation activity to be implemented into the office. ​

In our Medical & Situational Awareness team activity, your team will spend time in the classroom learning and preparing for some of life’s craziest situations to then meet with instructors with backgrounds in Navy Seals and Special Ops to then test your team’s knowledge and communication with real life scenarios.
