VIR is thrilled to announce that Ray Evernham, NASCAR Hall of Fame member, and Partner in SuperStar Racing Experience (SRX), will serve as Grand Marshal for the Michelin GT Challenge on Saturday, October 9th.Evernham, also a VIR Driver’s Club member, has spent more than four decades in the automotive and racing industries, working with the biggest names in motorsport history. Evernham has also held many roles in the television industry, including serving as a NASCAR analyst and has produced his own television series AmeriCarna.
“I’m thrilled to serve as the Grand Marshal for such an exciting and esteemed race,” said Evernham. “VIR is an incredibly challenging and fun course and I can’t wait to see what these drivers do out there on Oct. 9.”
