Virginia and VIR Enter Phase 3

July 1, 2020

Good morning all,

We are grateful that Virginia can move into Phase Three today. However, VIR will
remain closed to the public until such time that the Commonwealth has given us
the green flag to resume more normal operations.

VIR will continue running Private events by invitation only with limited entry until
State restrictions have been lifted. The Kart Track, Tavern, Lodging facilities and
paddock fuel pumps will remain closed to the public and only serve those who are
here as registered Participants of our Private events.

Our upcoming GT World Challenge America race will be run by personnel who are
deemed essential to the event and no spectators will be allowed. We remain
hopeful for our Michelin GT Challenge race in August.

We are operating under State and CDC guidelines, so please feel free to call to
ask specific questions if planning a trip to VIR. We need all visitors to take these
guidelines as seriously as we are for the health and safety of everyone.

We are sorry for those that cannot be with us this year and will miss you all very
much, but we are hopeful by 2021 we will have all of these restrictions behind us.
Until then, we hope you are able to tune in to the races that are broadcasted and/
or live-streamed.

Thanks so much for your continued support and understanding, it means a lot.

Kind regards,

Kerrigan Smith
President & Chief Operating Officer
